 * Uneingeschränkte Eignung für Außendiensttätigkeiten im Gelände, Führen eines Dienst-Pkws, Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
 * Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Standardsoftware (MS Office) und gute iTWO civil Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vergabewesen sind von Vorteil
 * Grundverständnis in vertrags- und baurechtlichen Themen
 * Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level C2 nach GER/CEFR)

* Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen in verantwortungsvoller Position als staatlicher Bauleiter, insbesondere Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Bauleitung und Abrechnung im Erd- und Straßenbau
 * Vergeben von Planungen und Projekten an Ingenieurbüros sowie Betreuen der Auftragsabwicklung
