* Führung des System- und Prozess-Teams inkl. disziplinarischer und fachlicher Verantwortung
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Informationsprozessen (z. B. mittels OEE, FMEA, 5W, Value Stream Mapping)
 * Identifikation und Bewertung von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen
 * Einsatz von Analyse-, Visualisierungs- und Moderationstechniken zur Unterstützung der operativen Abteilungen
 * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft im Warehousemanagement unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. GxP)
 * Koordination und Management von standortbezogenen Risikothemen (KRITIS, CALIX, BCP etc.)
 * Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten im IS-Umfeld sowie Prozessoptimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit SAP und globalen Systemen
 * Definition und Steuerung von Vorgaben zur Softwareentwicklung und -anpassung
 * Marktbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Technologien und deren nutzbringender Einsatz
 * Planung und Betreuung von Infrastrukturmaßnahmen sowie Investitionsplanung
