* Nachweisbare Customizing-Erfahrung in SAP PSM: Sie haben SAP PSM-Projekte technisch umgesetzt - reine Prozessberatung ohne Systemkonfiguration ist nicht ausreichend.
 * Projektpraxis im öffentlichen Sektor: Erfahrung in Implementierungs- oder Rolloutprojekten mit Verantwortung für Systemdesign und Parametrisierung.
 * Technisches Verständnis: Gute Kenntnisse in ABAP und/oder ABAP OO von Vorteil (Debugging, User-Exits/BAdIs).
 * S/4HANA-Know-how: Idealerweise Erfahrung mit S/4HANA Public Sector oder entsprechenden Transformationsprojekten.
 * Analytische & strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Sie denken systemisch, arbeiten eigenständig und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Level)
