## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN und Mobile Devices)
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs sowie Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Client-, Server- und Infrastrukturkomponenten
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Systeme
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Systemlandschaft einschließlich Microsoft 365 und Azure
 * Steuerung und Betreuung von Cloud-Services sowie Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen
 * Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur mittels Monitoring-Tools und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen, Prozesse und IT-Richtlinien
