 * Führst Anwenderschulungen durch und stellst Supportabläufe sicher
 * Koordinierst externe Dienstleister und Technikpartner bei Anpassungen und Releases
 * Erstellst Projektdokumentationen, Statusberichte und begleitest Test- und Abnahmeaktivitäten
 * Arbeitest mit modernen Kollaborations- und Planungstools und stimmst dich mit internen Schnittstellen ab
