Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. * Ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance. Preferred Additional Skills: * Knowledge and experience with Lean and 6 Sigma tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen, process control, etc. Six Sigma Lean Green Belt or higher certification preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Able to effectively multi-task, support multiple programs simultaneously. * Experience with DFM and DFA. * Experience with Optical systems and technology. * Experience with NPI. Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and implementing innovative solutions in a manufacturing environment. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. * Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. ## Description In this position, you will drive the integration of electrical subsystems into satellite payloads, ensuring that all electrical systems meet the rigorous standards required for space applications. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic circuits, electromagnetic compatibility, and space environment considerations. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on programs that matter, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in space.
