Supervisory Responsibility * Direct supervision of 4-8 IT professionals * Matrix management of cross-functional remediation teams * Oversight of third-party vendors and service providers, *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. * Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on call may be required. ## Description PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Director, IT Digital Workplace Engineering to our Tysons, Virginia location. The Director of IT Digital Workplace Engineering oversees the strategy, architecture, engineering standards and operational support for enterprise technology platforms. This role directs a high-performing engineering team and advances the adoption of Generative AI through Microsoft flagship solutions, including Copilot and Studio. The position evaluates, designs, and supports products and services that align with PenFed's strategic goals, while partnering with IT, business, application, and security leaders to provide dependable services and a consistent employee technology experience., Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
