* 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic, or payer operations
 * Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry and payer platforms
 * Strong understanding of healthcare privacy and HIPAA compliance
 * Ability to work effectively with US healthcare teams across time zones
 * Excellent documentation and communication skills
 * Preferred: Epic Tapestry Eligibility & Enrollment certification
 * Preferred: Experience with 834 enrollment files and SQL data analysis

## Description

* Support eligibility and enrollment workflows within Epic Tapestry and payer systems
 * Validate member eligibility, enrollment updates, and plan data to ensure accuracy
 * Assist in configuration review, issue resolution, and UAT testing
 * Document business rules, workflow impacts, and operational readiness findings
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-live and production support
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards
