## About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow FSM or be a strong ServiceNow developer with excellent scripting, integrations, and ITSM implementation experience., * 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

 * Strong experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
 * Candidates with strong ServiceNow development experience and exposure to FSM are also encouraged to apply.
 * Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
 * Strong understanding of ITSM modules and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
 * Experience in Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog, and Notifications.
 * Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform best practices.
 * Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications while following development standards.
 * Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow solutions.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.
 * Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITOM, or SPM is an added advantage.
