## About the Role

* Ability to answer customer questions quickly, effectively, and politely by phone or e-mail
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products. (Word, Excel, Planner, SharePoint, Teams)
 * Ability to e-mail customers (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
 * Ability to maneuver around the companies' database quickly while servicing the customer
 * Good verbal and written communication skills, * Typing at a speed of 40wpm
 * Bilingualism

## Description

BobCAD is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Reception to provide our customers with excellent support services. You will work with the Technical team and assist with administrative functions.

What your role will be:

 * Respond to multiple calls and create tickets for customer call backs
 * Manage database entry
 * Post Processor requests received and routed properly
 * Refund calls handled per proper protocol and follow through to completion
 * Licensing of software
 * E-mailing customers
 * Collection, reporting and posting of weekly statistics
 * Registration of software
 * Schedule training events with customers and entered into CRM
 * Monitor and respond to Customer Support Chat system
