## About the Role

* High degree of technical aptitude & proficiency with a wide range of software including Office 365
 * Customer service oriented with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 * Ability to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and high-powered clients
 * Willingness to self-learn techniques of data re-formatting and GIS processing tools
 * Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
 * Data science, programming skills and/or Salesforce experience a plus
 * Strong communication and organizational skills
 * Able to meet daily deadlines
 * GIS skills and experience with QGIS or ArcGIS Pro preferred
 * High proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Teams

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree
 * Available to work a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in-office

## Description

* Acquiring various data set updates to populate FiberLocator
 * Format and upload all data to our SaaS platform
 * Manage relationships and receive updates from existing contacts
 * Research new companies and contacts for outreach to collect new data
 * Maintain schedule of updates
 * Track and report new data and updates monthly
 * Audit internal systems for consistency and accuracy

Additional Responsibilities:

 * Additional duties as assigned
