The job duties of the Tier II Network Technician are as follows: * The Tier II network field technician will support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices. * Respond to and resolve incidents, demonstrate troubleshooting skills and communicate with the team. * Complete assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs). * Draft and implement standard network change requests. * Provide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management and projects (site surveys, TEMS, coordinate and install new equipment). * Perform configuration management functions such as update topology drawings, ensure asset management records are accurate, and conduct inventory. * Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
