## About the Role

This position is 100% remote, but candidates need to be able to work core Pacific time zone hours (7 or 8am PST to 3-5pm PST) A qualified candidate will have good customer service phone support skills as well as understand Microsoft office products, basic Active Directory skills (Password resets), and problem solving skills. Ticket volume will be around 10-20 tickets per day. The service desk only gets about 90 tickets daily and only a small fraction of those will be escalated to this remote person.
