Growing Health & Wellness company is seeking a HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management., * Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.

 * Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth orientation and training.
 * Provide guidance on HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment.
 * Resolve conflicts and performance issues fairly and promptly.
 * Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure competitive packages.
 * Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
 * Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for key roles.
 * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 * Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
 * Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and produce regular HR reports.
