This is a people-first leadership role with primary accountability for building, managing, mentoring, and transforming teams of network and security engineers across global delivery environments. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven history of: * Building and scaling high-performance teams * Leading MSSP growth and maturity * Delivering results in complex, global enterprise environments * Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement This leader will serve as a strategic executive advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, responsible for defining infrastructure roadmaps, evolving managed services capabilities, and ensuring scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized environments. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven experience leading high-performing engineering and architecture teams within a managed services or enterprise environment. This position plays a critical role in expanding managed services offerings, improving service delivery maturity, and aligning infrastructure services with modern hybrid cloud and consumption-based models. Candidate should be able to serve as a trusted advisor, with the ability to simplify complex issues and speak to C-Suite executives. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
