This role leads complex implementation projects, collaborates with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and provides technical guidance to ensure successful electronic ordering and resulting workflows. The Senior EDI Specialist acts as an escalation resource for complex integration issues, drives process improvements, and supports strategic interoperability initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Work Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT.
