The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a bank or hedge fund, deep technical expertise, and strong communication and collaboration skills. This role requires hands-on engineering capability combined with architectural thinking to support highly scalable, secure, and low-latency systems used in trading, risk, and financial data platforms.
