## About the Role

* Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer.
 * Understanding of HR processes and HR data handling.
 * Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, and catalog item creation.
 * Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
 * ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, HRSD Fundamentals.

## Description

* Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet business requirements.
 * Build and maintain HR services, case and knowledge templates, and lifecycle events.
 * Implement client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and server-side scripting.
 * Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
 * Participate in unit testing, QA cycles, and defect resolution.
 * Work closely with the HRSD Lead and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
