Section 52.6 Transfer: Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title allocated SG-23 or higher eligible to transfer under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law. ## Description Duties Description The New York State Education Department's (NYSED) Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking applicants for the position of Information Technology Specialist (ITS) 4. Reporting to the Manager Information Technology Services 1 for the Desktop Support Services, the incumbent of this position will supervise a team of ITS 3's and RSA's (Regional Support Administrators) to support the Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES) program area.
