## Description

* Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
 * Partner with executive stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
 * Build and optimize data models from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
 * Develop KPI dashboards measuring operational performance, service delivery, referral activity, revenue, productivity, and outcomes.
 * Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual reporting efforts.
 * Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.
 * Analyze trends and provide insights that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
 * Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience.
 * Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, calculations, and reporting standards.
 * Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and business teams on enterprise analytics initiatives.
 * Support ongoing reporting requests and ad hoc analytical projects.
 * Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
