Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) * Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies. * Strong facilitation and organizational skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams. * Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office. Working Conditions This is a hybrid role with 3x/week onsite, in-person, requirement at our office in Plano, TX. Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb. In addition requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to noise and be required to wear hearing protection for the duration of the shift. ## Description The Scrum Master supports Agile software delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting Scrum best practices, and assisting assigned Agile delivery teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
