Other: * Customer-focused mindset. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Strong leadership and collaboration skills. * Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of an organization. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills. * Sound business judgment. * Adaptability, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset. ## Description The Software Implementation Project Manager leads complex software implementation projects for healthcare Customers, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live. This role serves as the primary Customer contact, drives cross-functional collaboration, manages project risks, and ensures projects are completed on time and aligned with Customer expectations.
