## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-5+ years of Systems Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
 * Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Office 365), networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi), virtualization, and infrastructure support.
 * Experience supporting ERP systems, third-party applications, and enterprise security; MES, EDI, and PLC integration experience are a plus.
 * Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, storage, backups, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
 * Provide hands-on technical support for office and plant users, minimizing downtime and troubleshooting hardware, software, and manufacturing systems.
 * Maintain and improve LAN/WAN connectivity, shop floor technology, ERP/MES integrations, EDI systems, and network infrastructure.
 * Lead IT projects, system upgrades, application deployments, onboarding, vendor coordination, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with security standards.
