## About the Role

* Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges.
 * Technical Mastery: 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development.
 * Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role.
 * Design Insight: Ability to interpret product discussions, identify UI/UX needs, and create initial mock-ups or wireframes.

Bonus

 * Proficiency with Material UI and experience with Jotai or Recoil.js.
 * Experience in crafting UX designs using Figma.
 * Experience in integrating and maintaining CRUD API endpoints. Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, tRPC, Vercel, and Azure.
 * Prior roles as a tech lead and experience in the fast-paced startup environment.
