## Description

* Oversee the daily, technical and strategic processes of the Enrollment Management Department, ensuring efficient processing, system management (CRM, SIS and other related software), and compliance with state and university policies.
 * Lead staff, manage data integrity, and optimize workflows to support enrollment goals.
 * Oversee the end-to-end application process, including data import, document tracking, and decision processing.
 * Serve as the primary user or "captain" for Element451, Powercampus (admisisons), Docubase, and other systems - managing system configurations, updates, and data integration.
 * Continuously research capabilities of current software for all areas of campus, including but not limited to, the use of AI Agents.
 * Train and mentor all Enrollment Management staff while supporting and fostering a performance-driven team.
 * Prepare regular reports on application trends and applicant pool demographics for senior leadership, enabling data-drive decision making.
 * Work directly with Institutional Research on data corrections for state and federal reporting.
 * Ensure all admission processes comply with university, state, and federal regulations and maintain high data accuracy.
 * Review and update workflows to improve turnaround times, applicant experience, and office efficiency.
 * Investigate possible fraudulent applications and transcripts, working closely with IET to determine legitimacy.
