## About the Role

The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:

 * Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
 * Proven experience in cyber security with an understanding of cyber security operations and terminology;
 * Proven experience in information management, knowledge management, or related fields;
 * Thorough knowledge of tools for information management (Atlassian stack or SharePoint);
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and report writing;
 * Experience in roles requiring taking initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment;
 * Experience in roles requiring excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff;
 * Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

## Description

* Develop and maintain the information management landscape of the organisation and assist in its data driven transformation efforts;
 * Provide assistance to operational and project teams in finding, accessing, creating and distributing key data and information;
 * Provide high-level meeting support during critical cyber security operations and incidents, including:

ü Meeting organization, coordination, and facilitation;

ü Real-time minute taking and documentation;

ü Decision tracking and action item management;

ü Timely distribution of outcomes and communications to relevant stakeholders.

 * Maintain situational awareness and ensure accurate information flow during high-pressure operational scenarios;
 * Support rapid response coordination by managing communication channels and information distribution.
