* Aantoonbare ervaring in algemene bedrijfsvoering met toepassing op ICT.
 * Aantoonbare ervaring met de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen (BPM).
 * Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
 * Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met verschillende facetten van projectmanagement, zoals kosten, timing, coördinatie, planning en inschattingen.
 * Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is belangrijk binnen deze opdracht.
 * Affiniteit met moderne digitale dienstverlening is een pluspunt.
 * Diepgaande kennis van AI- of LLM-technologieën is geen vereiste.
 * Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.

## Description

Voor een digitaliseringstraject rond vragen, meldingen en klachten wordt een business analyst gezocht met een sterke focus op procesanalyse, organisatie en afstemming tussen business en IT.

 * Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, met toepassing binnen een ICT-context.
 * Ondersteunen van de operationele en organisatorische implementatie van de oplossing.
 * Meewerken aan de analyse, configuratie en gefaseerde uitrol van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
 * Bijdragen aan stakeholderbeheer en de afstemming tussen eindgebruikers, domeinexperten en technische teams.
 * Ondersteunen van kanaalintegratie, CRM-configuratie, kennisbeheer en procesverbetering.
 * Inzetten op een gestructureerde opvolging van planning, coördinatie, inschattingen, timing en kosten binnen de relevante projectmanagementaspecten.
