thrive in complex, dynamic environments. * Relationship Management: Build trust with security teams/stakeholders; early risk/issue identification. * Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills (tailored to executives, technicians, Sr. Management), strong presentation skills (ExCo-level). * Problem-Solving: Autonomous, proactive, resilient (solution-oriented), analytical synthesis (factual, results-driven). * Accountability: Own delivery initiatives/portfolios;
