The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can independently drive data platform initiatives, implement best practices, and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders., * 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms. * 5+ years of experience with Snowflake. * 5+ years of experience with Python. * 8+ years of experience in Advanced SQL and Data Modeling. * 3+ years of experience with: * + dbt + Apache Airflow + Azure DevOps + CI/CD Pipeline Development * Strong experience with: * + Data Warehousing and ELT concepts + Git and version control + Performance optimization and troubleshooting + Salesforce integrations * Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud with enterprise data platforms. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/Bulk APIs), CDC, and extraction frameworks. * Experience building ingestion pipelines from Salesforce into Snowflake. * Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, metadata, security, and data models. * Experience working in Agile environments and distributed global teams. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
