## Description

Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo en la calidad, escalabilidad y evolución del producto.

 * Mejorar y mantener el producto SaaS actual, desarrollando nuevas funcionalidades de valor.
 * Desarrollar soluciones backend utilizando Ruby on Rails y tecnologías asociadas.
 * Participar en todo el ciclo de desarrollo Agile: refinamiento, estimación, análisis técnico y entrega.
 * Colaborar estrechamente con el Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo.
 * Trabajar de forma transversal con otras áreas: Ventas, Marketing y Customer Success.
 * Aportar tu experiencia para debatir y definir enfoques y soluciones técnicas.
 * Hacerte responsable de tus desarrollos de principio a fin, garantizando calidad y buenas prácticas.
