## About the Role

* 5+ years of commercial experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
 * Strong production experience with at least one public cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
 * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and modern cloud infrastructure.
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Practical programming experience with Python or Go for automation and internal tooling.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with production infrastructure.
 * Ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to work across different infrastructure domains.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.

Not Required, But a Plus

 * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
 * Experience with tools such as Terraform, Helm, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Renovate, or similar platform technologies.
 * Experience with observability tools (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Splunk, Prometheus, etc.).
 * Experience supporting internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure.
 * Familiarity with cloud security, compliance (SOX/SOC2), or infrastructure governance.
 * Interest in using AI to improve engineering productivity and platform automation.

## Description

* Build, maintain, and improve our internal cloud platform and infrastructure to provide reliable, scalable services for engineering teams.
 * Develop automation and internal tooling using Python or Go to simplify operational tasks and improve developer experience.
 * Manage and improve cloud infrastructure running on public cloud platforms (primarily Google Cloud Platform).
 * Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable platform components.
 * Support internal engineering teams with infrastructure-related challenges and platform adoption.
 * Participate in improving platform reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response.
 * Contribute to security, compliance (SOX/SOC2), and operational excellence initiatives.
 * Participate in an on-call rotation and continuously improve platform stability and operational processes.
