Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role: * Define the target-state SDM (Debt Manager) architecture and migration roadmap. * Lead end-to-end solution design for Collections, Recoveries, integrations, and data migration. * Assess current-state platforms and recommend future-state architecture strategies. * Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Drive architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. * Collaborate with Business SMEs, Enterprise Architects, CR Software teams, and delivery teams. * Oversee platform modernization and large-scale migration initiatives. * Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges. * Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient debt management solutions.
