## About the Role

* 1-2 years' experience in deskside or onsite IT support.
 * A strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD.
 * Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and imaging.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

 * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCP.
 * Experience of working with ITIL frameworks.
 * Knowledge of endpoint security tools (e.g., Defender ATP)., * Do you have: Strong Knowledge of Windows OS,Office 365,Basic Networking TCP/IP,Active Directory & Azure AD working knowledge?, * Deskside or Onsite IT Support: 1 year (required)

## Description

We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support at our client's Central London location. You will be the go-to person for resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations for their staff and working to defined service levels., * Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11, Office 365, and network connectivity.
 * Manage Active Directory and Azure AD tasks (password resets, account setups).
 * Perform hardware repairs, imaging, and device builds.
 * Support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
 * Collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain service levels and deliver projects.
