This is not a traditional ERP implementation or project delivery role. You'll own the Commercial product domain, working at the intersection of business and technology to continuously improve the platforms and capabilities that support how we manage products, suppliers, pricing and commercial operations. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping the roadmap, prioritising improvements and ensuring our commercial platforms deliver measurable value across the business. Working closely with our Commercial, Trading and Technology teams, you'll help enable better ways of working and maximise the value of our enterprise technology estate. This role will suit someone with experience owning products or enterprise platforms within a complex retail environment, supporting capabilities such as range and assortment planning, product lifecycle and information management, product sourcing and onboarding, merchandising, pricing, promotions and supplier management. You'll join a growing Product team within Core Technology, with the autonomy to influence priorities, make informed trade-off decisions and shape the future of Screwfix's commercial capabilities.
