Working in this varied role, you will combine site-based activity, data analysis, auditing, compliance monitoring and business administration; to improve the way we manage safety, environmental performance, quality standards and operational policy. What you will be doing: * Working with the waste lead, site teams, colleagues, contractors, regulators and partners, you will help improve and develop safety, health, environment and quality to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. * You will promote safe working practice and continuously review compliance standards, carrying out site inspections, audits and reviews across our waste facilities, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce risk. * Supporting the management team, you will develop our health and safety reporting systems, monitoring of key performance indicators and performance measures across the waste service.
