## Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEA and Asia, ensuring timely completion of documentation, approvals, and system updates. Coordinate new joiner processes, including preparation of contracts and documentation while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness. Act as the SME for Workday, maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing optimisation of HRIS functionality. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve operational processes and enhance employee lifecycle management. Support HR data analytics initiatives, providing insights and reporting to inform decision-making.
