## About the Role

We're looking for a designer with experience creating web and mobile experiences, rather than someone focused primarily on print or traditional graphic design.

Ideally, you'll bring:

 * Strong UI and web design skills
 * Experience designing responsive, mobile-first digital experiences
 * Expertise using Figma and modern design tools
 * Experience creating wireframes, landing pages and customer journeys
 * A solid understanding of UX, accessibility and conversion optimisation
 * The ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
 * Confidence collaborating with marketing, product, UX and development teams
