* Proven experience in Trade Floor, Front Office, or Financial Services IT Support.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise desktop environments.
 * Experience supporting market data and trading-related applications.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, business-critical environments.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters Workspace/Eikon, or similar market data platforms.
 * Knowledge of Citrix, VDI, networking fundamentals, and collaboration technologies.
 * Experience within investment banking or financial services environments.

## Description

* Provide advanced desktop and trade floor support for front-office users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
 * Support trading floor technologies, market data applications, and collaboration tools.
 * Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with SLAs.
 * Perform root cause analysis and participate in major incident management.
 * Deliver VIP and executive-level technical support.
