 * Experience with Figma, UE5, 3D modeling, or PowerBI/Tableau.
 * Knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, and whole-life costing analysis.

* Develop and maintain responsive single-page applications using React & TypeScript.
 * Lead development of web frameworks and guide junior developers.
 * Build interactive mapping interfaces and geospatial visualization tools.
 * Integrate with APIs and web services, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.
 * Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery and user experience optimization.
