What you'll be doingDeveloping and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, reporting progress to stakeholdersIdentifying and documenting risks and issues, escalating where neededCoordinating project teams, making sure everyone understands their role and follow-up actionsFacilitating meetings and workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting business process mappingManaging project documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycleBuilding strong working relationships across the business
What we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience as a Project ManagerExperience delivering medium to large-scale, complex digital projects in a fast-paced environmentPrince 2 and/or Agile certification (essential)Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)Healthcare or contact centre/customer service experience is advantageousStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsAdvanced MS Office skillsLean/Six Sigma certification is desirable
