Profile: 7+ years' experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Management, Transformation, or Change Management rolesProven experience establishing, developing, or improving portfolio management and PMO capabilitiesStrong background within a 3PL, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or operational environmentExperience managing complex portfolios covering warehousing operations, automation projects, client onboarding, continuous improvement, and business transformation initiativesKnowledge of warehouse automation technologies, including WMS, robotics, ASRS, sortation, and conveyor systemsStrong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritisation, demand management, resource planning, and financial managementExperience developing business cases, supporting investment decisions, and managing portfolio financial performanceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levelsStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate portfolio data into clear business insights, priorities, and recommendationsPortfolio, Programme, or Project Management qualification such as MoP, P3O, MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalentExperience with portfolio management platforms such as Jira, Atlassian, Wrike, Monday.com, or similar toolsStrong reporting and analytics capability using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent solutionsExperience implementing or optimising PMO and portfolio management toolingChange Management certification (e.g. Prosci) désirableDegree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field desirableAdditional language skills beyond English are considered an advantage What do we offer?
