As a rapidly expanding international insurance group operating across the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia, we're investing heavily in a modern, cloud-native technology environment built around Microsoft technologies, automation and security-by-design. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll take ownership of our Infrastructure & Cyber Security pillar, shaping the cloud platform, security strategy, identity architecture and operational controls that underpin the entire organisation. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic ownership with hands-on engineering. You'll influence technology direction at executive level whilst remaining close to the technology itself. This role owns the cloud, security and identity platforms that support the entire SRG group. You'll work directly with the CTO to deliver a secure, scalable and cost-efficient technology estate while enabling continued growth through acquisition and international expansion.
