## About the Role

* Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
 * Confident, hands-on ability with Figma, Adobe / similar modern design tools
 * Comfortable working from our Sheffield office, with flexibility for hybrid working
 * Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly

Desirable

 * Project management experience
 * Experience with Geospatial product design
 * Working understanding of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers
 * Experience with responsive design, design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
 * A genuine interest in environmental or geospatial technology
 * Bonus points if the idea of trading the desk for wellies and a drone controller now and then sounds fun (purely optional)., * UI design: 2 years (preferred)
 * Project management: 1 year (preferred)
