Knowledge of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, safeguarding practices, confidentiality requirements, and the Motorsport industry. * Student Support, Guidance & Welfare Experience - Experience working in a student support, education, careers guidance, mentoring, or related environment, with the ability to support young people and vulnerable learners, understand barriers to achievement, and promote positive outcomes, progression, and wellbeing. * Communication, Relationship Building & Learner Engagement - Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build positive professional relationships with students, parents, colleagues, employers, and external agencies while maintaining appropriate boundaries. * Organisation, IT & Problem-Solving Skills - Good organisational, project management, prioritisation, analytical, decision-making, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information confidentially. * Professionalism, Safeguarding & Personal Effectiveness - Student-focused, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, contribute to an aspirational learning culture, uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety requirements, and maintain high professional standards. * Flexibility & Commitment to Development - Commitment to continuous professional development, willingness to travel between campuses and race team locations, undertake health and safety checks, and adapt working hours to meet operational and student support needs. ## Description We are currently seeking a Motorsport Development Worker to join our Motorsport department at The Bedford College Group.
