## About the Role

To succeed in this role, you will join us with excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail, alongside experience of working with data, records or document management systems. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who has:

 * Experience in an administrative, asset management, facilities management or compliance-related environment.
 * Strong IT skills and confidence working with data management systems; experience of CAFM systems would be advantageous.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience producing reports and interpreting data.
 * The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and deliver accurate results to deadlines.
 * A Level qualifications (or equivalent) and GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
 * Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations or legislative compliance requirements, and a relevant professional qualification in Business Administration or Facilities Management, would be beneficial but are not essential.

## Description

The University of Cambridge Estates Division is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused Asset Information Coordinator to join the Asset Management team. This role is central to maintaining the quality, accuracy and accessibility of asset information that supports the effective management of the University's extensive operational estate.
Working within the Asset Management Data Team, you will help ensure that asset records remain accurate and up to date, supporting maintenance activities, compliance requirements and informed decision-making across the Estates Division. The role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders while contributing to the efficient management of more than 370 University buildings and associated infrastructure., * Coordinate updates and changes to the University's asset register, ensuring data is accurate, validated and maintained to a high standard.

 * Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and reviews, helping to identify and resolve information gaps.
 * Produce reports and analysis relating to asset performance, asset data and operational activities to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
 * Support compliance activities by reviewing asset information against internal standards and regulatory requirements.
 * Collaborate with colleagues across Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Procurement and external contractors to ensure consistent asset information processes.
 * Provide guidance and support to users of asset management systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and data management practices.
