* Holds an Engineering Degree or Higher National Qualification (with at least 3 years of professional experience)
 * Has a proven track record in designing intricate mechanisms
 * Experienced with 3D/2D CAD systems (preferably NX)
 * Is a tenacious and creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges
 * Adheres to and inputs into product development specifications
 * Can inspire and influence others to achieve outstanding results
 * Experience within these specific Industries, * Bachelor's (required), * Mechanical engineering: 1 year (required)
 * CAD: 1 year (required)
 * designing small mechanisms: 1 year (required)
 * kinematic mechanisms: 2 years (preferred)
 * motors and actuators: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

 * European Language (preferred)

## Description

We're looking for a creative and driven individual to join us at Touch Point. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of conceptualising, designing, and developing innovative new products that meet the needs of both Southco and our customers.

You'll take ownership of the technical aspects of your assigned projects, collaborating closely with our Sales team to turn customer challenges into smart, practical solutions. Working together with our New Product Development (NPD) teams, you'll ensure each product meets cost targets and is launched successfully, hitting all agreed performance criteria.
