## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
 * 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or IT Sales.
 * Experience selling IT Services or Technology Solutions is highly preferred.
 * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
 * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
 * Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - IT Solutions to expand our client base across the United States. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified B2B leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our IT solutions and managed services., * Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.

 * Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
 * Promote IT Infrastructure, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Networking, CCTV & Security, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
 * Schedule meetings and coordinate solution presentations with the technical team.
 * Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
 * Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
 * Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
 * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
