The focus is on leading from a technical perspective: owning requirements, shaping solution design, guiding best practice, and being a trusted technical voice for customers and internal teams.For someone who enjoys mentoring or leading developers, there will be opportunities to do that too. But the core of the role is technical leadership, customer influence, and high-quality delivery.
