Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage engineering delivery across multiple projects * Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and allocate work packages effectively * Ensure adherence to a structured systems engineering lifecycle * Own engineering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management * Oversee delivery of engineering artefacts to required quality and governance standards * Identify, assess, and manage technical and delivery risks * Support project planning, resourcing, and performance reporting * Manage change, dependencies, and delivery priorities * Act as the primary engineering point of contact for internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For * Strong background in systems engineering across the full lifecycle * Proven experience leading engineering teams (ideally 10+ people) * Track record delivering complex, regulated, or safety-critical systems * Solid understanding of project planning, estimation,
