## About the Role

Prérequis: Nous recherchons une personne disposant d'une expérience en paramétrage Active Infinite d'au moins 1 an, avec une connaissance des contrats individuels et/ou collectifs, en particulier sur les volets contrats et cotisations.

Une expérience en gestion complémentaire santé et/ou en contrôle de données de gestion constitue un réel atout, sans être obligatoire.

L'utilisationdu SI de gestion Active Infinite est indispensable.

Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel (consultation et analyse de tableaux, filtres, fonctions de recherche de type Recherche V), est attendue.

 - Curiosité / Ouverture d'esprit: capacité à analyser les situations, à aller au-delà du constat immédiat et à rechercher l'origine des anomalies
 - Analyse / Diagnostic: capacité à analyser des données complexes, identifier les écarts et proposer des pistes de correction
 - Organisation / Planification: capacité à structurer son activité, prioriser et gérer son travail en forte autonomie
 - Communication orale et écrite:: l'aptitude à communiquer aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
 - Culture du résultat: capacité à sécuriser et fiabiliser les traitements dans une logique de qualité et de performance, Excel

## Description

Réaliser du paramétrage sur les systèmes de gestion, notamment sur Active Infinite.

 - Effectuer des contrôles de cohérence à partir d'extractions issues du paramétrage.
 - Réaliser des rapprochements de fichiers Excel afin d'identifier des anomalies, des écarts ou des points d'amélioration.
 - Analyser les données relatives aux contrats et cotisations, en individuel et en collectif (hors prestations).
 - Identifier les erreurs de paramétrage, proposer des corrections et contribuer à l'amélioration des règles existantes, conformément aux consignes fournies.
 - Travailler en forte autonomie, en organisant vos priorités et votre activité quotidienne sans gestion « à la bannette ».
